Content Creation Suite — Waiver & Release

*I understand that I am responsible for the proper and safe use of all studio equipment and furnishings.

*I accept full responsibility for my personal belongings, devices, and recorded content.

*I agree to respect the space, follow all studio policies, and leave the suite in the condition it was received.

*I understand that any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow guidelines may result in repair or replacement charges.

*I release and hold harmless TBA Creation Studio from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from my use of the studio space.

*I understand that sessions begin and end at the scheduled time and that late arrival does not extend my session.
