The Process
Revisions
Each Creative Support project includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions may be available at an added cost and must be approved in advance.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times vary based on project scope and workload. Estimated timelines are shared and confirmed before work begins.
Payments & Refunds
Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed. Due to the custom nature of creative work, projects are non-refundable once started.
Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all provided content, logos, and materials are owned or properly licensed. TBA Creation Studio is not responsible for copyrighted or unlawful content supplied by clients.
Step 1 — Request Submission: All Creative
Support projects begin with a request form. This allows us to review your needs, timeline, and desired deliverables.
Step 2 — Scope & Pricing Confirmation
Once details are reviewed, project scope, pricing, and turnaround time are confirmed before work begins.
Step 3 — Creative Execution
Design and content creation begin based on the approved scope and direction.
Step 4 — Review & Revisions
Projects include a limited number of revisions based on the selected service. Revisions focus on refining the original direction, not reworking the entire concept.
Step 5 — Final Delivery
Final assets are delivered digitally and ready for use.
Agreement Confirmation
By requesting and approving Creative Support services, clients confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Process & Policies.
Creative Support services are governed by the Terms & Agreement of TBA Creation Studio.
