What is the Content Creation Studio used for?
The studio is designed for creating visual content, including reels, videos, photos, tutorials, and branded content. It is a self-directed space for creators and businesses.
How many rooms can I use during my session?
Each booking includes access to one selected studio space. Additional rooms may be added during booking for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Do you provide cameras or filming services?
Clients are expected to bring their own camera or phone unless a studio camera add-on is selected. Filming, directing, or editing is not included unless booked separately.
How many people are allowed in the studio?
A maximum of four (4) people total are allowed per session unless approved in advance.
Can I move furniture or props?
Light adjustments are allowed within your selected space. All items must be returned to their original placement before the session ends.
What happens if I arrive late?
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend your session.
Is a waiver required?
Yes. A completed Content Creation Studio waiver is required before studio use.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy outlined on the Policies & Usage page.
