What services does TBA Creation Studio offer?
TBA Creation Studio provides a range of creative services including custom digital design products, content creation, branding materials, event and party designs, wedding stationery designs, and promotional graphics. All services are thoughtfully created to fit your vision and goals.
Are your products digital or physical?
All services and products are digital design only. You will receive high-resolution digital files that you can print or share as needed. We do not print or ship physical items.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive print-ready digital files in formats such as PDF, JPG, or PNG, depending on the product. Mobile-friendly versions are included when applicable.
How many items do I receive with my order?
Each service or package includes the number of digital designs listed on the Pricing page. Once delivered, you may print or use your files in unlimited quantities.
Do you offer custom designs or templates?
All designs are custom-created based on your event or project details. We do not sell pre-made templates or downloadable designs.
How long does the design process take?
Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days after all required information is submitted. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
Do you offer rush or same-day services?
Yes, rush services may be available depending on availability. Rush and same-day requests are subject to additional fees and must be approved before work begins.
How many revisions are included?
Each order includes two (2) revisions. Additional revisions are available for an added fee.
Can I make changes after my design is finalized?
Once a design is approved and finalized, any additional changes will be treated as a new request and may require an additional fee.
Do you print the designs for me?
No. TBA Creation Studio provides digital files only. Printing, production, and final use are the responsibility of the client.
Will colors look the same when printed?
Color variations may occur depending on the printer, paper type, and ink used. We are not responsible for color differences or print quality.
What if there is a typo in my design?
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before printing or use. TBA Creation Studio is not responsible for errors once final approval is given.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once design work has started.
Can I use my design for commercial purposes?
Designs are for personal or event use unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Please get in touch with us if you need commercial usage rights.
How do I book your services?
You can submit a booking request through our Booking Page. Please review our Pricing, Policies, and Waiver pages before submitting your request.
