
Content Creation Studio FAQ
What is the Content Creation Studio used for?
The suite is designed for creators and brands producing reels, short-form videos, tutorials, product content, and branded visuals. It’s a fully styled, self-directed space created to help you film confidently and on-brand.
How many rooms can I use during my session?
Each booking includes one selected studio space. If you’d like access to additional rooms, they may be added during booking (subject to availability).
Do you provide cameras or filming services?
Clients typically bring their own camera or phone. Studio camera rentals and select production add-ons may be available upon request. Filming and editing services are offered separately.
How many people are allowed in the studio?
To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, sessions are limited to four (4) people unless approved in advance.
Can I move furniture or props?
Minor styling adjustments are welcome within your selected space. We simply ask that all items are returned to their original placement before your session ends.
What happens if I arrive late?
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend your reserved booking window.
Is a waiver required?
Yes. A completed Content Creation Suite Waiver & Release is required prior to studio use.
Are refunds available?
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
