​Studio Reservations

​

All sessions must be booked in advance and paid in full at the time of booking.
Your reserved time begins and ends exactly as scheduled.

Each booking includes access to one selected studio space.
Additional spaces must be added during the booking process and approved in advance.

Creators are responsible for selecting their primary space at the time of reservation.

Session Timing​

​

Your reserved time includes setup and breakdown.

Late arrivals do not extend session time.
Overtime, if available, is billed in 15-minute increments at the current hourly rate.

Equipment & Setup

​

Professional lighting and standard studio equipment are included with your session.

Creators are responsible for operating equipment properly and leaving the space in the condition it was received.

Any damage resulting from misuse or negligence may result in repair or replacement fees.

TBA Creation Studio is not responsible for issues related to personal devices, memory cards, or file storage.

Cleanliness & Care

​

Please respect the space.

Food and beverages must be kept away from equipment and styled areas.

The studio must be left tidy and reset before the end of your session.

A refundable security deposit may be required, depending on your booking type

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to availability.

Conduct

​

The studio is a professional creative environment.

Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
